Although we have always dealt in sales, mostly from our rentals portfolio, as we have grown so too has the demand for sales from the wider market. In 2012 we took the step to create a dedicated Sales Department and are proud to be able offer potential sellers and buyers our very best attention. We have opted to keep the department small and prefer to think of ourselves as a boutique agency which allows us to build solid relationships with both sellers and buyers. Our team of experienced and dedicated negotiators work hard to ensure that the process of selling or buying is seamless and painless. We are able to market the full range of properties from flats and town houses to industrial commercial properties. In the few years since its inception, our sales department has come to be trusted as honest, efficient and reliable.

- Guiding clients through the legal process from Agreements of Sale through to Conveyance
- Assisting with Zimra requirements
We do ask property owners to complete a Mandate Agreement with Marillier Properties which allows us to market your property on your behalf.
